GBLA has carried out public awareness/campaign in three (3) counties of NBGS on COVD 19, land and natural resources rights, the awareness campaign was to minimized the infections of Corona-virus in the three (3) counties of NBGS i.e is Mapper Akot, Awiel center & Maduany. The campaign was carried out by GBLA on 24nd June 2020 in Mapper Akot, 14nd July in Awiel center, and 30th July 2020 in Maduany counties in collaborations with state taskforce on COVD19 to help in fight and preventing against COVID-19 spreads in the whole state of NBGS. The chiefs, youths, women, some government officials were also attending the meetings. over 50 participants benefited from the awareness. The team carried out massive sensitization campaigns on Corona Virus and its prevention at the grass root level in NBGS.
